Brenda I. Ramos-Almodovar charged with DUI after positive THC test
Lititz Borough police say a 37-year-old driver showed signs of impairment during a traffic stop and a hospital blood test detected THC.
On June 14, 2026 at 1:40 a.m., Lititz Borough officers stopped a vehicle for driving without rear taillights and swerving over the double yellow line. Officers observed signs of impairment and an odor of alcohol; a preliminary breath test did not match the level of observed impairment, and the driver admitted to smoking marijuana about an hour earlier. After roadside testing and a hospital blood draw, lab results showed THC; Ramos-Almodovar has been summoned to district court for a preliminary arraignment and hearing and is presumed innocent.
