Broad Street Elementary Third-Graders Thank Mechanicsburg Police with Treat Bags

Third-grade student ambassadors at Broad Street Elementary School prepared fall treat bags to show appreciation for the Mechanicsburg Police Department and their work keeping the community safe. The gesture coincided with National First Responders Day; the department said it was honored to receive the gift bags and kind words and expressed gratitude for support from the students, the Mechanicsburg Area School District and the wider community.
