On July 19, 2026 at about 2:18 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to the 300 block of Balmer Road in Warwick Township and made contact with Caleb James Davis, 28, of Lititz. Officers confirmed he had active Philadelphia warrants for domestic violence and theft and charged him with "Arrest Prior to Requisition" to hold him for extradition.
