Caleb James Davis arrested in Warwick Township on Philadelphia warrant

On July 19, 2026, at about 2:18 p.m., NLCRPD officers, acting on a tip from the Philadelphia Police Department, located Caleb James Davis, 28, at an address in the 300 block of Balmer Road in Warwick Township. Officers confirmed Davis had an active Philadelphia warrant for domestic violence and theft and charged him with Arrest Prior to Requisition to hold him for extradition. Davis is a Lititz resident and was booked at 300 Balmer Rd, Lititz, PA 17543 under incident 86-26-05716 (42-9161).
