Mill Hall police have an active warrant for a caregiver accused of forging checks and taking more than $20,000 from an elderly client.
Mill Hall Police have an active warrant for RICHARD EDWARD MILLER (formerly RICHARD WYLAND II). Miller opened Miller Home Care LLC in Lock Haven and was contracted to provide home care for an 83-year-old victim. Authorities say Miller stole bank checks, forged the victim’s name and took over $20,000; he is charged with felony counts including financial exploitation of an older adult or care-dependent person, forgery, theft and identity theft, with charges filed in District Court 25-03-01.
