Weekly summary of incidents recorded by the Castle Shannon Police Department, including vehicle crashes, a DUI/drug arrest, ordinance citations and a reported bank fraud.
Between July 24–30, Castle Shannon police logged several traffic incidents on July 25, including two-vehicle crashes at Grove Rd/McRoberts Rd and Mt Lebanon Blvd, a vehicle over a hillside on Elm St (no injuries, DUI), and a vehicle into a structure (no injuries). On July 26, a 38-year-old man, Brandon Stevens of West Mifflin, was arrested for DUI and drug violations, and two businesses on St. Ann St. were cited for ordinance violations; a bank fraud was reported on Mt Lebanon Blvd on July 29. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
