On June 8, 2026, at 10:13 p.m., Chambersburg Police located a 2004 Ford F-150 with extensive front-end damage in the Fort Chambersburg Park parking lot; no one was at the vehicle when officers arrived. Camera footage shows the truck entered the lot on June 7 at 2:30 a.m. and struck a borough pole and a chain-link fence; police ask anyone with information to contact CPD or leave a tip.
