On October 24, 2026, the Chambersburg Police Department participated in three local trunk-or-treat events, where officers met families and admired a variety of costumes — including a budding “Police Officer in training.” The department thanked event hosts M&S Harley Davidson, Wellspan, and Ben Chambers Elementary, and invited the public to join them next Tuesday at CAMS North to meet Franklin County first responders.
