Charles Kevin Thomas, 62, of Bloomsburg, PA, is the subject of three warrants for summons undelivered on traffic citations. The citations (MJ-26301-TR-0001378-2026, MJ-26301-TR-0001379-2026, MJ-26301-TR-0001380-2026) allege inspection violations — inspection by police or commonwealth personnel and driving without a valid inspection — and an unlawful operation/permit operation with unsafe equipment. The Montour Township Police Department filed the warrants.
