Cherry Hills Village driver arrested on multiple DUI-related charges

A driver was arrested Sunday, March 8, 2026, in Cherry Hills Village and charged following a traffic stop near E Hampden Ave and S University Blvd. Charges listed by police included: Drove Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs (or both); Drove Vehicle with Blood Alcohol Content of 0.08 or More; Failed to Present Evidence of Insurance Upon Request; and Displayed Expired Number Plates (60 Days and over).
