Chester police officer charged with possessing child sexual abuse material
Investigators said child sexual abuse material was found on his phone and that he misused law enforcement database access to search personal contacts and minors.

A Chester police officer is being charged with more than 100 counts related to possessing child sexual abuse material and unlawfully using his ability to access sensitive data available to law enforcement personnel.
