Chief Freeman Carney surprised by Paradise Valley PD 'water bottle' prank

Earlier this month Paradise Valley Police staff challenged each other to bring the most random thing they could drink from to an all-staff meeting — leaving Chief Freeman Carney out of the joke. Staff produced items such as a popcorn box, a tiny baseball cap, a horn, a stationery organizer and a water flosser; when the Chief realized, everyone laughed.
