Plumstead Township Police announced that the Christmas in July 'Pack the Patrol Car' food drive collected 1,362 pounds of donations for families facing food insecurity in Bucks County. Organizers thanked Giant Food Store and its employees, Fred Beans Ford for providing the truck, Point Pleasant Fire Station 41 for giving Santa a ride and helping during the drive, Post 5708 Explorers, and Bucks County Housing Group volunteers for their support. The department expressed gratitude to the community for its kindness and compassion.
