Christopher Deon Tunstall, 51, charged with DUI and drug paraphernalia after Lititz traffic stop
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle on Lititz Pike Aug. 21; the driver refused a blood test and faces misdemeanor DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic violation charges.
On August 21, 2026 at about 11:02 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police conducting a traffic detail in the 1000 block of Lititz Pike stopped a vehicle for a code violation and identified the driver as Christopher Deon Tunstall, 51, of Lititz. Officers initiated a DUI investigation after determining he may be impaired; Tunstall refused to submit to a blood test and was charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and summary traffic violations.
