Christopher Deon Tunstall charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia after Lititz stop
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle on Lititz Pike on Aug. 21 and charged 51-year-old Christopher Deon Tunstall with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and summary traffic violations after he refused to submit to a blood test.
On August 21, 2026 at about 11:02 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police conducting a traffic detail in the 1000 block of Lititz Pike observed a vehicle code violation and stopped the vehicle. The driver, identified as 51-year-old Christopher Deon Tunstall of Lititz, was investigated for suspected impairment, refused to submit to a blood test and was charged with DUI impaired driving (M), possession of drug paraphernalia (M) and summary traffic violations.
