Coastal flood advisory for Southeast Pa. early Thursday
National Weather Service warns of up to one-half foot of inundation in low-lying shoreline and tidal areas.
The National Weather Service released a coastal flood advisory at 5:41 p.m. on Wednesday valid for Thursday between midnight and 5 a.m. for Delaware, Philadelphia and Bucks counties.
The weather service informs, "Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways."
