Coatesville woman cited for shoplifting at Ephrata Walmart
Loss-prevention staff say a Coatesville woman left Walmart with unpaid items at self-checkout, leading to an arrest and summary citation.
Ephrata Police arrested Ximena Otalvaro Borrero, 43, of Coatesville, on Sept. 21, 2026, after Walmart loss-prevention staff observed her fail to scan a vacuum and hot sauce valued at $111.87 at a self-checkout. She was processed and issued a summary citation for retail theft; she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
