Cold Case: Joshua Sneed Missing Since 2019
DeLand Police continue to investigate the disappearance of Joshua “Black” Sneed, who vanished after leaving his apartment in June 2019.
On June 6, 2019, at approximately 6 p.m., Joshua “Black” Sneed left his Laurel Villa Apartment Complex residence in DeLand to purchase cigarettes and has not been seen since. Family members reported him missing on June 22 after being unable to contact him; investigators say his disappearance was out of character and developed information indicating he may have been the victim of foul play, though the case remains open.
