Cole Wyffels arrested for PFA violation, harassment and trespass

Hanover Township Police arrested 27-year-old Cole Wyffels after an incident at the Marion Terrace Apartment Complex; he was charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt for violating the conditions of a PFA Order and also faces Harassment and Defiant Trespass charges that were unrelated to the PFA violation. Wyffels, described as a white male, 5'8", 150 lbs, with blue eyes and blonde hair, was apprehended by Jackson Township Police and transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for overnight arraignment. His case (26-4644) was scheduled before MDJ Donald Whittaker on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, with bail set at $10,000.
