Commercial Street closed overnight Sept. 16–17 for sewer line replacement
A section of Commercial Street will be closed from 7:00 PM on September 16 to 6:00 AM on September 17, 2026, to allow sewer line replacement.
On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 7:00 PM, a section of Commercial Street between Washington Street and White Mountain Blvd will be closed to facilitate the replacement of a sewer line. The closure will remain in effect until 6:00 AM on Thursday, September 17, 2026; motorists are advised to plan accordingly, per the St Johns Police Department.
