Couple faces superseding indictment over alleged false sexual-assault claims against N.J. troopers
A grand jury returned a superseding indictment against a Bloomsbury couple accused of fabricating sexual assault claims against New Jersey State Police, the state attorney general said.
A grand jury returned a superseding indictment in the case of a Hunterdon County couple accused of making false allegations against New Jersey State Police troopers, Attorney General Jennifer Davenport announced Thursday.
Randal Kelco, 36, and Lisa DeStefano, 46, both of Bloomsbury, previously were indicted for the allegedly false allegations against the troopers.
