Crews Subaru, Live 5 News Match Donations to Buy Ballistic Vests for North Charleston K-9s
Crews Subaru and Live 5 News are matching donations dollar-for-dollar, up to $12,500, to equip North Charleston Police Department K-9s with custom K-9 Storm Patrol SWAT Vests.
Crews Subaru has partnered with Live 5 News to raise funds so each North Charleston Police Department K-9 officer can receive a custom-fit K-9 Storm Patrol SWAT Vest. The vests offer Level II ballistic protection, 360-degree underbelly and stab resistance, added flotation, a heat-tested cooler design, and a lifetime warranty. Donations are being matched dollar-for-dollar up to $12,500 and will go directly to the NCPD K-9 Unit to purchase the vests.
