Cristian Moran Garcia arrested after trespass, false ID in Lower Allen Township
A trespass call at New Enterprise led to the arrest after a suspect fled, gave a false name and was later identified by police.
On June 19, 2026 at 8:42 PM, Lower Allen Township police responded to New Enterprise, 205 Creek Road, for a trespassing complaint and contacted a group who had crossed no-trespassing signs. One suspect attempted to flee on foot, gave the name "Juan Diaz," but was positively identified as Cristian Moran Garcia (listed as 20) and apprehended. Garcia was transported to Cumberland County Prison and charged under LA-26-03097 with (18) 4914 (A) FALSE ID TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, 18 5104.2 (A) EVADING ARREST OR DETENTION ON FOOT, and 18 3503 (B)(1)(I) DEFIANT TRESPASS; case handled by Lower Allen Township Police Department.
