Cristian Moran Garcia arrested for trespass, false ID and evading arrest
Police say a suspect gave a false name and tried to flee after entering posted private property at New Enterprise, 205 Creek Road.
On June 19, 2026 at 8:42 PM, Lower Allen Township Police responded to New Enterprise, 205 Creek Road, for reports of trespassing after multiple people crossed no-trespassing signs. Officers say one suspect attempted to flee on foot and gave the name "Juan Diaz," but was positively identified as 20-year-old Cristian Moran Garcia. Garcia was transported to Cumberland County Prison and charged with (18) 4914(A) False ID to Law Enforcement Officer, 18 5104.2(A) Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot, and 18 3503(B)(1)(I) Defiant Trespass.
