Cyle A. Barnhart charged with strangulation, multiple assault counts in Windsor

On September 24, 2026, Cyle A. Barnhart, 33, of Windsor was taken into custody by Lower Windsor Township police and charged with strangulation (M2), two counts of simple assault (M2), and harassment for subjecting another to physical contact following an incident on the 300 block of Newcomer Road. He was transported to Central Booking for processing and arraignment, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled at MDJ 19-3-01 (Judge Fishel's Office). Barnhart is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
