DA Khan Amends Suit, Demands Records from R & R Enterprises in Slumlord Case
District Attorney Joe Khan filed a new amended complaint and issued a First Request for Production to obtain a decade of financial and operational records from R & R Enterprises and owner Richard Goetter.
Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan has filed a new amended complaint and initiated civil discovery against Richard Goetter and R & R Enterprises after more than a dozen former tenants reported unsafe, uninhabitable conditions. The First Request for Production demands ownership documents, tax returns, insurance policies, rent payment records, records of taxpayer-funded rent relief or non-profit aid since 2013, and written communications about repairs, evictions and code violations, with defendants given 30 days to comply. The original lawsuit followed the April 2026 condemnation of the property for health and fire hazards — including no working central heat since 2013 — and the number of affected residents has grown from six to 13.
