Damian Edward Colegrove, 44, arrested after kicking open Budget Inn room door, faces multiple charges
Police say Damian Edward Colegrove kicked in a Budget Inn room door, forced his way inside, pushed a victim and threatened “You’re going to die tonight”; he fled one scene, then was arrested two days later and jailed.
On July 24, 2026, officers were called to the Budget Inn, 2295 Lycoming Creek Road, after Damian Edward Colegrove allegedly kicked in a hotel room door, pushed a victim to the ground and threatened “You’re going to die tonight.” Colegrove fled that scene; on July 26 he was again reported as the actor in a disturbance, fled initially but was located and arrested after a brief search. He was arraigned by the on-call MDJ, placed in Lycoming County Prison and charged with burglary, terroristic threats, criminal mischief, harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct.
