Hrischuk strangled and assaulted a female victim; he was charged with Strangulation (18 § 2718(A)(1)) and Simple Assault (18 § 2702(A)(1)). Hrischuk is described as a 35-year-old white male, 5'9", 180 lbs; all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
