Dante B. Hollenquest arrested after armed robbery at Chambersburg Wendy’s

On July 13, 2026 at approximately 10:38 a.m., Chambersburg Police responded to an armed robbery at the Wendy’s located at 1091 Wayne Ave where a male suspect brandished a knife and demanded money. Video footage from businesses, residences and borough cameras identified 26-year-old Dante B. Hollenquest, who was located at a local hotel and taken into custody without incident; no one was injured. Hollenquest faces one count of robbery (3701(A)(1)(II)) — inflict/threaten bodily injury (F1) and related charges; police credited the Pennsylvania State Police and residents for assisting with the investigation.
