Oliynyk, 54, of Wellington, FL, and charged him with the misdemeanor of Driving While Intoxicated (VTL 1192.3). Oliynyk refused a chemical test, was processed at the Saugerties Police Department (163 Ulster Ave, AR-00236-26) and transported to Centralized Arraignment Part court in Kingston for arraignment on July 23, 2026.
