Defiant trespass charge filed for Frank Trautz after Paul Terrace report
Pocono Township police filed a misdemeanor defiant trespass charge after responding to a trespassing report at 129 Paul Terrace; the suspect was not on scene.
On June 25, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., Pocono Township officers were dispatched to 129 Paul Terrace in Scotrun for a report of a male trespassing. Officers identified the suspect as 41-year-old Frank Trautz (Male, White, 5'7", 200 lbs, blue eyes, brown hair); he was not present when officers arrived and charges of defiant trespass (M3) were filed. All persons should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
