The DeLand Police Department is seeking 22-year-old Jaliyah Alvantia Moore Felton of 2307 Kennington Cove, Deland, FL, who faces felony warrants for money laundering involving $20,000 to more than $100,000, grand theft over $20,000, and an organized scheme to defraud of $50,000.
