On July 28, 2026, Lower Allen Township Police served an arrest warrant for Demetria Diaz, 49, after loss-prevention identified her in video showing a March 7 shoplifting at Weis, 1195 Lowther Road. Officers say two women stole $432.25 in merchandise and that Diaz has three prior retail-theft convictions, which elevated the offense to a felony; charges were filed under docket CR-278-2026 (ref. LA-26-01477). The warrant was issued July 24, 2026, and marked served on July 28 at 1:34 p.m.
