Derek E. Condran, 44, Arrested on DUI Charge in East Pennsboro
Officer stopped a purple Chrysler after observing an extremely wide turn and weaving; driver showed signs of impairment and refused sobriety tests.
On July 28, 2026, at about 9:16 p.m., an East Pennsboro Township officer stopped a purple Chrysler hatchback on the 500 block of N Enola Rd in Enola after the vehicle made an extremely wide right-hand turn into the oncoming lane and was seen weaving. The driver, identified as Derek E. Condran, 44, exhibited an odor of alcohol, slow and precise movements, slurred speech, and bloodshot, watery eyes, and was arrested for DUI after refusing to perform field sobriety tests. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
