Donald L. Goodwin charged with defiant trespass in Bushkill Township
Bushkill Township police say a 66-year-old man was charged after being found at a property from which he had a written trespass warning.
On Aug. 15, 2026, at about 10:45 p.m., Bushkill Township officers responded to the 100 block of Hoffman Road in Wind Gap for an unwanted person complaint. Officers say Donald L. Goodwin, 66, who had previously received a written trespass warning prohibiting him from the property, was charged with defiant trespass under Title 18 PA C.S.A. § 3503 (B)(1)(I), a third-degree misdemeanor. A criminal complaint was prepared; all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
