Donnell Corey Daniels, 48, was stopped by West Manchester Township police on Loucks Road on May 28, 2026 at approximately 10:22 p.m. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI and, after toxicology results were received, was charged with two counts of DUI on July 5, 2026 (case CR-299-26). The incident was handled by the West Manchester Township Police Department in York, PA.
