Officers charged 65-year-old Doris Kelly Brommer of Columbia, PA with three counts of DUI: 75-3802(D2) DUI impaired driving (M), 75-3802(D1I) DUI — Schedule I controlled substance (M), and 75-3802(D1III) DUI — metabolite/non-prescribed substance (M1).
