Douglas Eugene Goodwin Arrested for Defiant Trespass in Old Lycoming Township
Lycoming Regional Police say Goodwin returned to a property he’d been trespassed from twice on July 4, 2026; he was taken to Lycoming County Prison on a probation detainer.
On July 4, 2026, Lycoming Regional Police arrested 35-year-old Douglas Eugene Goodwin after he returned twice to a residence in Old Lycoming Township from which he had been trespassed on July 2. Officers say Goodwin sat at an outdoor table for about 40 minutes, left, then returned and opened a gate before fleeing when the victim's dogs barked; he was taken to Lycoming County Prison on a probation detainer and a warrant was requested. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
