Driver Arrested on Felony Warrant After Traffic Stop in Montour Township
Officer Jordan conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Rupert Drive that led to an arrest and a blood test for suspected drug influence.
On Aug. 27, 2026, Montour Township officers conducting traffic enforcement in the 100 block of Rupert Drive identified a driver with an active felony warrant. Officer Jordan stopped the vehicle, took the driver into custody on the outstanding warrant, and, suspecting they were under the influence of a controlled substance, transported them for a blood test before transferring them to the Columbia County Sheriff's Office. Further charges are pending.
