On October 3, 2026, at about 1:17 a.m., Millersville Borough police stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of Creek Drive after officers observed blue interior lights and a thick haziness. Officers detected a strong smell of marijuana, seized a zip-lock bag of marijuana and an ashtray containing numerous joints, and cited 21-year-old driver Lemuel Isaa Leon Febres for Disorderly Conduct/possession of a small amount of marijuana.
