Duane E. Vance arrested on aggravated and domestic battery charges in El Paso
El Paso man was arrested after a July 4 domestic disturbance that left a 15-year-old with facial bruising and led to an alleged assault on an adult daughter.
On July 4, 2026 at 3:29 PM, El Paso Police responded to a disturbance at 425 W. Jefferson St. Kimberly Vance told officers she found bruises on the left side of her 15-year-old son’s face and confronted her husband, Duane E. Vance, 55, who denied causing them. Their adult daughter, Brittaney Vance, intervened and officers say Duane struck her multiple times in the face and pulled her hair; he was arrested and charged with aggravated battery (against the son) and domestic battery (against the daughter) and taken to Woodford County Jail. All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
