On July 10, 2026 at 1:12 p.m., Western Lebanon County Regional Police stopped an e-bike in the 900 block of East Main Street in Palmyra after the operator failed to stop at a red light. The rider, identified as 30-year-old Luis Alberto Cruz-Rodriguez, a Hispanic male about 5'9", was found to have an active Cumberland County bench warrant for DUI-drugs (misdemeanor); he was arrested on the warrant and transferred to the custody of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department.
