East Hempfield police: 8/21–8/27 — DUI, terroristic threats, thefts and dog-law citations
East Hempfield police responded to multiple incidents last week including DUI arrests, thefts, dog-law citations and a domestic terroristic threats charge.
Between Aug. 21 and Aug. 27 East Hempfield Township police handled several incidents including two dog-law violations where Minh D. Than (43) of Lancaster and Jacqueline N. Morales (42) of Salunga were cited with Confined Within Premises of Owner (S). Paulina Maria McCurdy (36) of Landisville was charged with two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M), and Rachel Baher Siha (21) of Lititz was charged with two counts of Terroristic Threats‑Domestic Violence (M1), Simple Assault‑Domestic Violence (M2) and Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance (M) and transported to Lancaster County Prison. Additional reports included a protection-from-abuse violation charging Karla Arminta Henderson (47) of Manchester with Arrest for Violation of Order (M), a retail theft at Sheetz totaling about $50.36, and the theft of six plastic pallets from Wheatland Beer Distributors valued at $360.
