East Hempfield police incidents: 7/9/26–7/16/26
Multiple retail thefts, a DUI, a two-vehicle crash and a juvenile harassment citation were reported in East Hempfield between July 9 and July 16, 2026.
East Hempfield Township police reported several incidents in the week of July 9–16, 2026. On 7-9-26 Luis Parrish Frost Jr., 21, of Lancaster was charged with misdemeanor retail theft after allegedly taking a GE window air conditioner from Lowe’s, 25 Rohrerstown Rd; on 7-15-26 three people allegedly stole about 250 cosmetic items from CVS, 2110 Spring Valley Rd, with an estimated loss of $2,903.73. On 7-10-26 Mackenzie Renee Briel, 25, of Annville was charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3) and a summary traffic violation following a two-vehicle crash at Rohrerstown Rd and Marietta Ave; on 7-11-26 at 0138 hrs Amy Elizabeth Peck, 35, of York was charged with two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M); and on 7-13-26 a 15-year-old female of Lilly was cited with summary Harassment after allegedly spitting on another player during a June 28 game at Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd. All persons charged with an offense are presumed innocent.
