East Hempfield Township police reported multiple incidents from Aug. 21–27, 2026, including DUI arrests, thefts, dog law violations and a terroristic threat charge.
Between Aug. 21 and Aug. 27, East Hempfield Township police handled several incidents: Minh D. Than and Jacqueline N. Morales were cited for PA dog law violations after found dogs were returned to owners; Paulina Maria McCurdy was charged with two counts of driving under the influence; and two unidentified males allegedly stole alcohol from Sheetz (loss estimated $50.36). Karla Arminta Henderson was charged with violating a protection-from-abuse order, Rachel Baher Siha was arrested on charges including two counts of terroristic threats (domestic violence), simple assault (domestic violence) and driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and an unidentified male is accused of taking six plastic pallets from Wheatland Beer Distributors (loss $360). All persons charged with an offense are presumed innocent.
