East Lampeter Police Warn After Rise in Thefts From Unlocked Vehicles

The East Lampeter Township Police Department is reminding residents and visitors to lock their vehicles and remove valuables after several weeks of increased thefts from unlocked cars and reports of vehicles stolen when keys were left inside. Officers say taking a few extra seconds to secure your vehicle and reporting any suspicious activity can help prevent these crimes and keep the community safe.
