East Lansdowne Police Promote Two Officers to Corporal
Borough Council authorized two front-line supervisory roles to strengthen patrol standards and PLEAC compliance.
The East Lansdowne Police Department, with Borough Council authorization, created two new front-line supervisory positions and promoted Officers Stephen Mengini and Joshua Taylor to corporal. The corporals will support patrol officers in maintaining professional standards, ensuring compliance with PLEAC accreditation policies and procedures, and promoting procedural justice in the patrol division. Judge Christopher R. Mattox administered the oath at the swearing-in ceremony.
