Eduarlyn Henriquez-Gutierrez arrested for false ID and trespassing in Lower Allen Township

Lower Allen Township police say a man who gave a false name while walking past multiple no-trespassing signs was identified, arrested and charged with false identification and defiant trespassing.

On July 1, 2026 at about 7:16 PM, Lower Allen Township officers responded to New Enterprise, 205 Creek Rd in Camp Hill after two people were seen walking past numerous no-trespassing signs. One man initially gave the name Luis Saul despite warnings that false information would lead to charges; he was later identified as Eduarlyn Henriquez-Gutierrez, taken to Cumberland County Prison and issued a summons. Charges filed include (18) 4914(A) False ID to Law Enforcement Officer and 18 3503(B)(1)(I) Defiant Trespassing (case LA-26-03304).
