The North Coventry Township Police Department is seeking help locating Elijah Ishmael Tiller, 31, who is wanted on a felony arrest warrant for Failure to Comply with Pennsylvania Sex Offender Registration Requirements (Megan's Law). Tiller is described as a Black male, 5'10", 147 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair, last known to be staying at the Highland Manor Apartment Complex in North Coventry Township.
