Elijah Velez, 42, of Reading, PA, is charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking after investigators say surveillance footage showed him remove an HVAC evaporation coil system from a residence on Ironwood Court in East Cocalico Township. The component, valued at approximately $500, was allegedly carried to his vehicle and taken from the scene. A warrant has been issued for Velez's arrest.
